4. Booking and Payment

Payment terms will be stipulated in your booking confirmation or service contract. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Amendments to service bookings must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability. Repeated cancellations or changes may result in service suspension.

While every effort is made to provide services to a high standard, Clean Up Your Act Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. We hold full public liability and employer’s liability insurance, copies of which are available on request.

9. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of the service date to allow prompt investigation. Any disputes arising from services provided will be resolved under the laws of England and Wales.

We shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, staff illness, or industrial action.
